The wide selection of panels guarantees infinite adaptability to wall dimensions, including variable height, as well as different dimensions of columns. The high quality of the steel and plywood used allows strict requirements for the quality of the concrete surface to be met. The elegant, high-quality hot-dip galvanized surface of the steel frames significantly limits the adhesion of the concrete, which reduces surface maintenance costs.
Both crane-set and hand-assembled panels are connected to each other by means of unique, easy-to-use connectors that fit and firmly lock the panels, guaranteeing maximum surface quality and minimal leakage of the concrete mixture. The system uses a popular and quick method of creating double-sided formwork using switch bars and plastic protectors with cones.
Logik 50 is a versatile formwork panel system ensuring a perfect concrete surface according to the strictest standards at a concrete pressure of 50 kN/m2. The maximum weight of one part is 16.4 kg, which predetermines the system for constructions requiring the possibility of manual manipulation where the use of cranes or other mechanisms is limited or impractical.
