Aluminum scaffolding

The BOSS Tower System - Aluminum Mobile Scaffolding - is very flexible, featuring a wide range of shapes and configurations to create a large-scale assembly such as a standard tower. Two towers can be closely connected to each other or connected by means of a bridge. In these ways, it is possible to create a longitudinal continuous platform, or to create a smooth approach to the facade. With the help of special consoles, it is possible to expand the desktop. The versatile and stable components of the BOSS system allow engineers to design special long bridging towers.

BOSS towers are available in a length of 2.5 m, with a working surface in two widths consisting of one or two floors. 1450 mm wide transverse and ladder frames of the towers. The most widespread is the system of towers with transverse frames and ladders 1450 mm wide with working floors formed by a pair of floor parts. 850 mm wide simple transverse and ladder frames of the towers. Narrow towers are specifically designed for use in confined spaces or when fixed obstacles limit the use of wider towers.
Safe working load: BOSS towers are certified EN 1004 for load class 3. The maximum uniform load of the floors is then 2.0 kN/m, which corresponds to the maximum load of one floor of 2.5m=295 kg with its uniform distribution or 150 kg with a point load . The maximum load of the tower, including its own weight, is 950 kg.

ADVANTAGES OF BOSS TOWERS

  • Thanks to the solid construction and arrangement, the towers are ideal for various conditions on the construction site.
  • BOSS can be easily and safely erected and dismantled and has many protective safety features.
  • Integrated ladders for safe egress, double-sided handrail with 50 mm diameter handle and 600 mm wide simple work platforms, 1200 mm wide platforms from two floors very strong castors with brakes.
  • The BOSS aluminum system complies with the EN 1004 standard, has been tested and certified according to DIN 4482 8/92 and has also received the necessary certificates in Great Britain, Switzerland, Sweden, Norway, the Czech Republic, the Slovak Republic, Ukraine, the Baltic Republics, Poland, Serbia and other countries. It also conforms to American ANSI A108 1988 standards and is UL classified. It is produced in accordance with ISO 9000:2000.

Make sure you get the BOSS tower owner's manual, which includes information on correct component quantities, safe working loads, user advice for safe assembly and disassembly.

The company LOGIK s.r.o. will provide training and the best recommendation according to knowledge for the safe assembly and use of the tower according to national regulations and European standards.
