The basis of the SPRINT scaffolding structure is closed steel welded frames with a width of 0.75 m and a height of 2.0; 1.0 and 0.66 m, floors in lengths of 3.0; 2.5; 2.0; 1.5; 1.09 and 0.75 m (steel, aluminum plywood), railing frames with adjustable feet and longitudinal diagonal bracing. Simple and end railings, stops, anchor pipes, brackets, lattice beams, underpass frames, pedestrian protection, railing holders, upper crossbars and foundation crossbars complete the system in order to meet all demanding normative and practical requirements. All components are provided with a hot-dip galvanizing surface treatment or, for some connecting elements, galvanic galvanizing with chromating.
The different heights of the frames allow scaffolding to be set up on sloping terrain. There are no protrusions, holders or stops preventing the free passage through the individual levels of the scaffolding, so the clean transition profile for the SPRINT 75 is equal to 0.70 x 1.95 m. Unless otherwise stated, class B couplings according to EN 741 are suitable for load-bearing connections using couplings.
ADVANTAGES OF SPRINT SCAFFOLDING
- thanks to the revolutionary method of storage, the floors can be removed and inserted in the finished scaffolding, while they are securely secured
- the railing is placed in the axis of the frame posts, the passage is clear and in full width, the clear width is 0.75 the largest of all systems
- thanks to the handles, hands do not get pinched when handling the floor; the job is very safe
- the wedge joint is robust without easily deformable parts, ensuring efficient and safe assembly
- the crossbar is level with the floor, the floor is safe, without obstacles
- the handles for the handrails are also on the inside of the frame, the handrail is made up of handrail frames, which creates a rigid structure even without installing diagonal reinforcement; workers feel very confident and safe during assembly
- simple and safe installation diagonal reinforcement by sliding freely through the gravity fuse speeds up installation
- exit floors with integrated hatch and ladder ensure safe exit and work on scaffolding
- Tubular scaffolding - thanks to the standard diameter of the stands of 48.3 mm mono SPRINT can be combined with ordinary tubular scaffolding
- thanks to the structural rigidity of the system in both directions, safe scaffolding up to a height of 80 m is not a problem without special measures
- at normal heights, very sparse anchoring is sufficient (1 anchor per 36 m)
- the ability to remove and insert floors enables alternative methods of assembly and disassembly and the use of scaffolding
- assembly guarantees connection by putting on or using wedges without screwing the couplings
- the speed of assembly and disassembly of 300 and 450 m/day per assembly team enables efficient use of larger workforces
